INDUSTRIAL TRAINING:
In order to face the emerging technological needs of forthcoming quota free global textile scenario, this Institute has prepared itself accordingly by giving emphasis on the industrial training activities of the students through it’s Training and Placement cell. At present in it’s B. Tech. (Textile Technology) level, a provision of 50 DAYS of industrial internship has been included in the summer vacation after the 6th Semester Examination and most of the reputed Indian Textile Industries, Garment Industries and Textile Research Organization have very well accepted and responded for such an idea of complete industrial exposures for students at Degree Engineering level.
Some of the leading textile, Garment industries and Textile Research organizations in Indian, those who are actively co-operating us for industrial internship of our students are;

PLACEMENT CELL:
The Institute has its own effective placement cell having close tie up with different textile and allied industries of the country and arranges campus and off campus placement of the students form time to time. The Alumni Association of the Institute actively co-operate our Placement Cell. The placement cell also helps the pass out students in connection with switching over to better jobs. The pass out Degree & Diploma students of this Institute, are already well placed in various textiles and other allied industries, software companies through out the country. This year the following companies have recruited the final year B. Tech. Textile students, those who have appeared final examination in may-2006 and Diploma students those who will appear final Examination in July -2006 through campus and off campus.
