QUOTATION
CALL NOTICE
Sealed quotations are invited from
reputed manufacturer/authorized dealers/suppliers having
valid ITCC/STCC/TIN against VAT to supply knitting machines
as per details requirements given in the Institute Website
www.ittorissa.org or to be had
from the purchase section of the Institute during office
hours.
The last date
for submission of quotation is 15.02.2007, positively with
sealed cover envelop super scribed on the top “Quotation for
supply of knitting Machines”. The quotations received after
the due date will not be entertained.
The rates to be
quoted should be FOR at our site. Attested copy of VAT
clearance certificate and TIN number and any other document
relevant to TAX component should be submitted. In case of
supplier/dealer, authorization from the manufacturer should
be submitted along with quotation for supply of the said
machines.
Institute
reserves all rights to reject any one or all quotations
without assigning any reason thereof. All disputes should be
subjected to Cuttack (Orissa) jurisdiction only. Terms and
conditions ad decided by the Institute shall be binding on
the Manufacturer / Supplier.
